Some things we've automated

Data entry from PDFsSet up a system that pulls the details out of PDFs and enters them into the right fields of another form, replacing 6+ hours of manual data entry every week.
Weekly reportsBuilt a system that compiles team notes, images, and updates into a report for the weekly team meeting. Nobody has to spend time piecing it together by hand any more.
Duplicate photo clean-upGrouped near-identical images across a library of thousands of photos and removed the duplicates, transforming a job that used to take days into one that takes minutes.
